Broadway and the American theater industry will be undergoing a massive restructuring in the weeks, months, and years to come. The changes that need to be made to eradicate the indisputable systemic racism within the industry along with all of the short and long-term changes that will need to be made as a result of the global pandemic means the Broadway and theater industry of the future will not probably closely resemble that of the past. We have created what we hope is a living and breathing document that is meant to be a resource for those who agree that everyone working in the industry needs to keep both eyes wide open and both ears perked up in order to navigate these uncharted waters.
